Took it from large urban stations to small one officer stations. One has a population of 700 and 500 on the FB site
Development of closed groups for NHW and for secret discussions. Crime solved quickly. 3 minutes from picture on FB to arrest. Offenders giving themselves up. Come a long way.
Why FB. It's the biggest audience Twitter doesn't do it for them as much as FB
